Return Policy

Like any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at our company. We will be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The necessary thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms alongside our Privacy Policy.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don't hesitate to contact us. We We will discuss any problems that you are facing with our goods or services.
In case a return is initiated, the subsequent guidelines must be followed:
- Your address and the item must be eligible for return.
- If the return isn't eligible for Pickup service, you will need to Self-Return
- Once the return is received, you will, by our refund policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method. (In case of Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account)
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Please email deprohaircare@gmail.com to obtain RA # before returning items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
